Ready to make bliss balls?
Start by grinding
1 cup of almonds
2 cups of cashews
in the food processor.
Then add
2 cups of dates
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup flaxmeal
2/3 cup cashew milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
blend in the food processor until sticky
and roll into balls.
Keep in the fridge for a few days, or freeze them to last longer and have on hand for a tasty treat.
