My first Elefant...

Emmaline is my very first elephant! I have always loved elephants, so as the story often goes with things you love, I left it a very long time to create my own, I was always too scared to make one, just incase it didn't work out! But I'm happy to say, I'm in love with my little Elefant Emmaline and have even decided to keep her for myself ;) I know more will be on the way soon though :) You can see more photos on my website, Bearykins collection!

Fairy Time...

Its been a hectic couple of months, I hardly know where July and August have gone! I've been busy finishing orders, including a special bear for a Christmas magazine issue (I know, already yikes!!), I've also had the flu to get over (not swine!). I've been having some fun too with a bear show to visit and I had a special bear artist friend come stay with me too. I have also spent a lot of time with my lovely niece and nephew over the winter, they both love baking so we've been making scrumptious things like cupcakes and lemon meringue pie ;)

And finally (phew!) I've managed to list another little bear on Ebay. Stepping away from the fangs this time, she is a sweet little fairy bear, Moya. I hope you'll take a look at this link.

Flowers at last...

After the long hot, intensly hot, summer we had at the start of this year, its been sooo lovely to have rain here where I live, pouring rain, ahhhh :) Finally the garden is getting back on track, we've had some beautiful late roses, the wistera is ready to burst out in flower, and the pansies and snapdragons are starting to put on a colourful display. I lost all but one of my (10) azaleas over the summer, here is the sole survivor! Hanging on by a thread, most of the plant died back, but I was astonished to find it now flowering on the two remaining branches in a pink shade as well as the original white colour, and look, one flower is half and half! Isn't nature amazing :) My puppy Pippin thinks so ;)

Tracky dacks and jumper, socks and big pink ugg boots with sparkly beads sewn on the front (its cold!)

Christmas, I'm a big kid at heart and love the sparkle and happiness of the occasion...singing, decorating, cooking, shopping, presents, lights happy happy happy :) My puppy lays out cookies and milk for Santa ;)

France, Belgium or England...to a quaint old world shopping street.

Tea, with milk, no sugar.

facebook, blogging, web design, photograpy, creating critters, my puppy, soaking up the sun and feeling the cool breeze now its glorious winter :)

What are you proud of?

Being able to find peace and still being able to ground myself and be happy in a stressful world...All the hard work I've put into my business and not giving up.

Have you got pets at home?

Yes, a doggie called Pippin, he's a Papillon. I also have two rat bag Jack Russell girls, and my sisters Westie x Maltese and kitty cat live with us too!
